Biography:
Dr. Eric Walsh is a Research Scientist II in the Institute for Modeling Collaboration and Innovation at the University of Idaho. He specializes in climate-smart forestry and agriculture research and partners with tribes, industry, and agencies to translate science into practice. Previously, Dr. Walsh served as Carbon Stewardship Program Manager with the U.S. Forest Service (Pacific Southwest Region) and directed Manomet’s Climate Smart Land Network. Dr. Walsh holds a Ph.D. in Natural Resources from the University of Idaho.
