We have great people associated with IMCI and welcome additional participation at any time. Feel free to join – or start! – a working group, collaborate with fellow modelers, come to our weekly Brown Bag Lunch and/or subscribe to the listserv.
Andreas Vasdekis
Assistant Professor Department of PhysicsBiographical Info
Prior to joining the University of Idaho, Dr. Vasdekis was at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory investigating metabolism at the single cell level. Dr. Vasdekis’ research areas include biological physics, microfluidics, and optofluidics. He is the Co-PI of a Pilot Project titled, Modeling variability in persistence induced from within by a toxic metabolite. The long-term goal of the project is to understand how phenotypic variation between cells leads to changes in persistence.
