We have great people associated with IMCI and welcome additional participation at any time. Feel free to join – or start! – a working group, collaborate with fellow modelers, come to our weekly Brown Bag Lunch and/or subscribe to the listserv.
Jill Johnson
Professor Department of Biological SciencesBiographical Info
Jill Johnson has a Ph. D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. Johnson research focus is on molecular chaperones in the cell and how chaperones prevent interactions that result in protein unfolding and how the chaperones protect cells from stress such as heat. Currently Johnson is working with Chris Marx and his team to help them understand how cells respond to stress induced by growth in the presence of formaldehyde.
