Joel Knisley

Biographical Info
Joel Knisley is a North Carolina native who loves the Pacific Northwest. He has many years’ experience in Purchasing and Accounts Payable. Since November 2023, he’s been the Program Manager at the Institute for Modeling, Collaboration, and Innovation. He manages grant applications, monitors grant expenditures, and reports on grant activities to state and federal authorities. He applies a lot of customer service skills in this capacity, helping recipients of grant funding to get on with their research, and avoid having to become financial specialists.
