Biographical Info
Jonathan Barnes is a postdoctoral fellow working for the IMCI modeling core. He completed his PhD in Physics at the University of Idaho in August of 2021. He specializes in molecular and statistical modeling. More specifically, his research focuses on using molecular modeling to investigate how protein systems function and change due to mutations and using statistical tools to understand mechanisms and build predictions for effects in proteins systems like epistasis.
