IMCI staff consists of two main positions: Program Manager and Communications and Events Coordinator. But there are many other staff positions across campus affiliated with IMCI.
Biographical Info
As Program Coordinator, Michelle manages the day-to-day office functions. She assists with grant proposal submissions, coordinates meetings and events, provides coordinated institute communications, and processes and reconciles IMCI financials. Michelle has 10 plus years of administrative experience, as well as working for U of I Communications and Marketing.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Duties:
- IMCI office support (Collaboratorium scheduling, office supplies)
- Inventory control
- Grant proposal coordination
- Financial processing (Chrome River claims, monthly reconciliation)
- Meeting and event coordination
- Communications support
