We have great people associated with IMCI and welcome additional participation at any time. Feel free to join – or start! – a working group, collaborate with fellow modelers, come to our weekly Brown Bag Lunch and/or subscribe to the listserv.
Craig MillerModeling Core Director, IMCI Research Assistant Professor, Department of Biological Sciences
As Modeling Core Director, Dr. Miller is housed in the Collaboratorium and oversees day-to-day activities. Miller is a jack of many trades. His background is in wildlife conservation and population genetics. He has more recently worked on developing and testing models of adaptive evolution, on how mutations interact (epistasis), and on how changes in folding and binding stability constrain the evolution of proteins.
In addition to his many other duties, Miller leads the Viral Attenuation working group.
Dr. Miller also collaborates with the Viral Evolution and Modeling in Idaho Lab.
